Delivery availability depends on serviceability and logistics support.

2. Free Delivery

FREE HOME DELIVERY is available only within PIN Code 560001.

For all other locations within Bangalore, delivery charges shall be applicable based on:

• Distance
• Delivery location
• Product size
• Vehicle requirement
• Handling requirements

The applicable delivery charge will be communicated before order confirmation.

3. Intercity, Interstate & International Delivery

For deliveries outside Bangalore, including:

• Other cities
• Other districts
• Other states

6. Transit Damage

Customers are strongly encouraged to choose transport services that provide insurance where available.

Div Mangal Murtis shall not be responsible for damage occurring during transportation handled by third-party carriers.

No cancellation, refund, replacement, exchange, or compensation shall be provided for transit damage occurring after dispatch, except where required under applicable law.

7. Customer Pickup (Warehouse Collection)

Customers choosing to collect their Ganpati Murti directly from our warehouse or pickup location are requested to:

• Follow all instructions provided by our staff.
• Maintain discipline and respect within the premises.
• Handle all products with care.
• Avoid touching or moving any idol without permission.
• Supervise accompanying children at all times.
• Respect the workspace of our artisans and staff.

Div Mangal Murtis reserves the right to refuse entry or discontinue service to any individual engaging in unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

8. Damage During Customer Pickup

Once the customer or their representative takes possession of the Ganpati Murti, responsibility for its handling rests with the customer.

Any damage caused by:

• Customer
• Family members
• Friends
• Representatives
• Transport personnel arranged by the customer

shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

If any idol, display item, furniture, equipment, decoration, or property belonging to Div Mangal Murtis is damaged due to the customer's actions or negligence during pickup or while visiting our premises, the customer shall be responsible for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.

9. Delivery Acceptance

Customers must inspect the package immediately upon delivery or collection.

Any visible concerns should be brought to our attention immediately before accepting the shipment wherever possible.

10. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailable
• Incorrect contact number
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Restricted access
• Failure to coordinate delivery

additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

11. Shipping Charges
