At Div Mangal Murtis, every Ganpati Murti is carefully handcrafted, curated, and reserved exclusively for each customer. Due to the seasonal nature of our products and limited inventory, we follow a strict No Cancellation & No Refund Policy.

1. No Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed and the booking amount or full payment has been received, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

By placing an order with Div Mangal Murtis, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the selected Ganpati Murti is immediately reserved and removed from our available inventory.

2. No Refund

All payments made to Div Mangal Murtis are final and non-refundable.

No refund shall be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Personal reasons
• Change in festival plans
• Delay in collection by the customer
• Wrong product selection by the customer
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Failure to receive the order
• Customer unavailability
• Delay caused by third-party transport providers
• Any reason beyond the control of Div Mangal Murtis

3. No Exchange

All sales are final.

Products cannot be exchanged after booking or delivery unless otherwise required under applicable law.

4. Reserved Inventory

Every booked Ganpati Murti is reserved exclusively for the customer and is removed from our sale inventory immediately after confirmation.

For this reason, booking amounts and all payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be adjusted against future purchases.

5. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

All Ganpati Murtis sold by Div Mangal Murtis are handcrafted by skilled artisans.

Minor variations in:

• Colour
• Finish
• Texture
• Size
• Weight
• Artistic detailing
• Decorative elements

are natural characteristics of handmade products and shall not be considered manufacturing defects or valid grounds for cancellation, refund, replacement, or exchange.

6. Delivery & Transit

Where products are dispatched through:

• Courier companies
• Bus parcel services
• Logistics providers
• Third-party transport agencies
• Customer-arranged transport

Div Mangal Murtis shall not be responsible for:

• Transit damage
• Breakage
• Delay
• Theft
• Loss
• Mishandling by transport providers

The responsibility for safe transportation rests with the respective carrier once the shipment has been handed over.

Customers are advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

7. Product Information

Div Mangal Murtis is a curator and reseller of handcrafted Ganpati Murtis sourced from independent artisans and manufacturers.

All information regarding:

• Colours
• Dimensions
• Product specifications
• Manufacturing process

is shared based on information provided by the respective artisans and manufacturers.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy, Div Mangal Murtis shall not be held responsible for inaccuracies originating from the manufacturer or artisan, except where required under applicable law.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing:

• Correct name
• Mobile number
• Complete delivery address
• PIN code
• Landmark
• Contact details

Div Mangal Murtis shall not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

In the unlikely event that Div Mangal Murtis is unable to fulfil a confirmed order due to reasons solely attributable to the company, and no suitable alternative product is accepted by the customer, the company will determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

10. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order, paying a booking amount, or making full payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy and accepts that all bookings are final, subject to applicable law.
